A Vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Boite a Tout Jewelry Case with the flat lock which is rare and comes with the key. Interior is lined in the cross grain lining with velvet to the bottom and interior of lid.  It has one large velvet pouch with a leather tab and a small removable ring compartment, we hardly find these rare cases often and especially the ones with the compartments and velvet interiors.
