Authentic Chanel Vintage 2.55 Red Double Flap Bag

This gorgeous guaranteed AUTHENTIC Red Chanel 2.55 Double Flap bag is in lovely condition. Most wanted 10"/26cm size.  The color is a nice classic red - a true, rich vibrant cherry red, no orange or cool blue undertones.  Red is a difficult color to photograph. There may be a variation in the color depending on how your monitor is calibrated. I have tried my best in words to describe the color as accurately as possible.  Photos are of the actual bag you will receive.  Email if you would like to see more pics as space here is limited.

Exterior: The quilted lambskin leather is plump, soft and supple to the touch with a gorgeous lustre. The stunning double CC hardware is shiny and in perfect working order. CC's show only light signs of scratching/wear. Chain shoulder strap and hardware is shiny with some slight plating loss. The interwoven leather shows some light signs of darkening and wear from age/rubbing. Pretty much unavoidable with vintage bags. Shoulder strap can be worn single or double.  The lambskin shows some very light mottling on the back of the bag, above the pocket.  Bottom corners and flap corners are clean although do show some light wear that is only noticable upon close inspection.  The back slip pocket shows some scuffing along the top edge. From a normal distance, the bag (and the corners) appear near perfect - you have to be looking up close to see signs of wear.  Overall, you will be very pleased with the bag as it shows very well and any flaws are minor and do not detract from the beauty of the bag.

Interior: Interior is very clean and in great condition showing no obvious signs of wear. Interior zip works perfectly. Interior flap shows a light impression from the zipper closure rubbing against it - very normal for lambskin.  Numbered authenticity sticker is intact. Serial #1220616.
